Burn Hugh Gorman (born 1 September 1974) is an American-born English actor and musician who came into recognition for his television roles in popular TV shows like Torchwood, Game of Thrones, Turn: Washington's Spies, The Man in the High Castle, and The Expanse. He has also displayed his acting skills in films such as The Dark Knight Rises, Pacific Rim and its sequel, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, and Beetlejuice. Gorman was born in Los Angeles, California to English parents and moved back to England at the age of 7, where he trained at the Manchester School of Theatre. Apart from acting, he is also a renowned beatboxer, winning the title of Radio 1Xtra's Human Beatbox Champion at the 2003 International Human Beatbox Convention.

Gorman kicked off his acting career with a role in Coronation Street in 1998 before starring in popular shows and movies. His list of accomplishments spans various mediums including television, film, radio, and stage. His stage works like Ladybird, Flush, Gong Donkeys, among others, were highly appreciated. His performance in Oliver! earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical at the 2010 Whatsonstage Theatre Awards. He also voiced the character of Robert Poley in Michael Butt's radio plays, The Babington Plot and Unauthorized History: The Killing. Gorman is indeed a versatile actor with an impressive career in the entertainment field.
