Collin Chou, born on August 11, 1967, is a prominent Taiwanese actor known especially for his mastery in martial arts. He is sometimes credited under the alias of Ngai Sing. Born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, he later moved to Los Angeles, United States, to attend Pierce Community College. He is trilingual, with the ability to converse proficiently in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. From his global upbringing and education, he developed a diverse and authentic acting style that has allowed him to shine in different roles. He is most recognized internationally for his role as Seraph in The Matrix series, notably in the films The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions, as well as the video game Enter the Matrix.
