Dagmara Dominczyk

Dagmara Domińczyk is a Polish-born actress and author with an impeccable career spanning over two decades, since 1999. She has graced both the big and small screens, demonstrating her remarkable versatility in a wide array of genres. Born on July 17, 1976, she gained recognition through her performances in films like *Rock Star* (2001), *The Count of Monte Cristo* (2002), *Kinsey* (2004), and *The Immigrant* (2013) among others. Besides her film career, she played a significant role in the HBO comedy-drama television series *Succession* from 2018 to 2023. Dagmara was born in Kielce, Poland and moved to New York City with her family in 1983 as asylum seekers due to her parents' political associations. Her education took place at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in Manhattan, and she later studied at *Carnegie Mellon University's School of Drama*, graduating in 1998. In 2013, she added 'Published Author' to her list of accomplishments with her debut novel *The Lullaby of Polish Girls*.
