**Deborah Offner**, an esteemed individual in the world of art, was born on August 7, 1959. She is an American by nationality, has multiple roles like an actress, songwriter, playwright, and theatre director. Born in New York City, she comes from a family enriched in arts and culture. Her father was **Mortimer Offner**, a multifaceted personality involved in photography, screenwriting, TV and theatre direction.
