Emily Beecham

Emily Beecham, born on 12 May 1984, is an acclaimed English actress known for her diverse roles in film and television. She has been brightly noticed for her roles in the Coen Brothers' film 'Hail, Caesar!', the AMC series 'Into the Badlands', and playing the lead in the 2017 film 'Daphne'. Her performance was also immensely appreciated in the 2019 film 'Little Joe' where she was honored with the Best Actress award at the Cannes Film Festival.

Beecham was born to an English father and an American mother in Wythenshawe, England. She holds dual citizenship of the United Kingdom and the United States. She commenced her acting journey by enrolling at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) in 2003, and by 2006, her professional acting career had kicked off. In her career span, she has enhanced several television series including 'Agatha Christie's Marple', 'Tess of The D'Urbervilles', 'Silent Witness' and 'The Street', establishing herself firmly in the industry.
