Glenn Fleshler

Glenn Fleshler is a prolific American actor with a career in film, television, and theater. He has been active since 1993, giving a myriad of performances across a variety of mediums. Known for intricate portrayals of complex characters, Fleshler has etched permanent imprints on the minds of viewers with his performances as bootlegger George Remus in Boardwalk Empire, and Errol Childress in True Detective. He also earned acclaim for his character Goran Pazar, a Chechen mob boss in the HBO black comedy series Barry (2018–2022). Moreover, he appeared in a supporting role in the sensational 2019 film Joker.

Fleshler's acting journey began at New York University's Tisch School of the Performing Arts where he obtained his MFA. His major film breakthrough came with A Price Above Rubies in 1998. Since then, his film credits have continued to expand, including roles in critically lauded films such as Blue Jasmine (2013), A Most Violent Year (2014), God's Pocket (2014), The Rendezvous (2016), and Joker (2019). On the small screen, he has decorated roles in popular series like Billions, Barry, Sex and the City, Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Fringe, Third Watch, Bored to Death, The Good Wife, FBI: Most Wanted, and The Following. The actor also showcased convincing performances on stage with Broadway credits in Death of a Salesman, Guys and Dolls, Arcadia, and The Merchant of Venice, and Off-Broadway in Measure for Measure and Pericles, Prince of Tyre.
