Jakob Oftebro

Jakob Hoff Oftebro is a prolific Norwegian actor, born on 12 January 1986. His acting career, which extends from 2004 to the present, predominately centers around film and television productions. Oftebro's notable works include his appearance in over twenty films, among which are the acclaimed films 'Hamilton' and 'Kon-Tiki'. 'Kon-Tiki' gained particular international recognition, having been nominated for the Best Foreign Language Film category at the prestigious 85th Academy Awards.

In 2014, Oftebro secured a significant role in the Danish television production of '1864', a widely-recognized war epic. This series set a new precedence in Scandinavian television, particularly due to its extraordinarily large budget, which remains one of the highest in the history of Danish television.
