Joey Franklin Bragg, an American actor and comedian, is recognized for his role as Joey Rooney in the popular Disney Channel sitcom, Liv and Maddie (2013-2017). Born on July 20, 1996, in Union City, California, he completed his high school education from James Logan High School in 2014. Identifying as Jewish, Joey's career has been highlighted by his talent in stand-up comedy, making his presence felt in both television and film industry. His feature film debut was marked by his appearance in the comedy flick Fred 3: Camp Fred (2012). In the same year, he played Karl in the Disney XD film Gulliver Quinn and welcomed his TV debut with the sketch-comedy reality series AwesomenessTV. His role as Joey Rooney in Liv and Maddie from 2013 to 2017 further earned him fame.
