Julian Richings

Julian Richings, born 30 August 1956, is a prolific British-Canadian actor with over 225 film and television credits to his name. He is best known for portraying a wide variety of characters across the horror genre, with notable roles in films such as Cube, Wrong Turn, The Witch, and Beau is Afraid, and series like Supernatural where he portrayed the iconic character of Death. Trained in drama at the prestigious University of Exeter, Richings' career took him across the Atlantic to Toronto, Canada in 1984 post his touring experience in the United States. Soon, the versatile actor became a regular face for audiences with shows like War of the Worlds, films such as Hard Core Logo, Thrill Seekers, Cube, and more. His role in The Claim as Bellanger garnered a Genie Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
