Michael Elliot Epps, born November 18, 1970, is a multi-talented American stand-up comedian and actor. His entertaining career spans a variety of genres, including comedy and horror. Best known for playing characters such as Day-Day Jones in 'Next Friday' and its sequel 'Friday After Next', 'Black Doug' in 'The Hangover' series, and Boog in 'Open Season 2', his performances have left a lasting impact in Hollywood. He was born and raised in Indianapolis and began his professional journey with his move to Brooklyn, starring in Def Comedy Jam in 1994. he has worked with famous co-stars such as Martin Lawrence and Ice Cube. Aside from acting, he is also known for his music. He 'hosted' the Jim Jones and Skull Gang album 'Jim Jones & Skull Gang Present A Tribute To Bad Santa Starring Mike Epps' and has made a song called 'Trying to Be a Gangsta' with Pooh Bear.
