**Paul William Walker IV** (September 12, 1973 – November 30, 2013) was an acclaimed American actor best known for his notable role as Brian O'Conner in the **Fast & Furious** franchise. Walker's film career commenced in the late 1980s and he attained prominence in the 1990s following his role in the television soap opera **The Young and the Restless**. Walker's performances in the teen comedy 'She's All That' and comedy-drama 'Varsity Blues' both in 1999, garnered him praise and he skyrocketed to international stardom after featuring in **The Fast and the Furious** (2001). He starred in the commercially successful road thriller Joy Ride (2001) and his appearances mostly in low-budget action films. Walker tragically died on November 30, 2013, at the age of 40 in a single-vehicle collision. Before his untimely death, he had not completed filming Furious 7 (2015). The movie was later released using stand-ins, including his brothers Cody and Caleb, with the song 'See You Again' by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth commissioned in his honor. Born in Glendale, California, Walker was raised in the Mormon religion but became non-denominational Christian as an adult. He lived in Santa Barbara with his dogs with a daughter named Meadow Rain Walker from a childhood friend Rebecca Soteros, who later moved to California to be with him. Walker developed love for marine biology, marine career started as a toddler when he starred in a television commercial for Pampers, and continued to feature on commercials before embarking on an acting career. In 2012, he founded the film production company **Laguna Ridge Pictures**, showing his dedication and passion for the industry. Walker's life was later chronicled in the documentary **I Am Paul Walker**, posthumously released on August 11, 2018.
