Seo Hyun-woo (born 20 November 1983) is a South Korean actor notable for his extensive work on stage, in films, and television dramas. His career initiated in 2010 when he made his debut in a musical and won an acting award at The 9th Off Daehakro Festival. Following five years of obscurity post-graduation, Seo's attention was drawn to Daehakro plays and independent films. His lead role in Hyung Seul-woo's film Allergy in 2015 which won the grand prize at the Fukuoka Independent Film Festival. He further made an appearance in Shin Dong-young's short film Hatred that got an official invitation to the 70th Cannes Film Festival. Seo is well-known for his portrayal of reporter Kim Moo-jin in the 2020 drama, Flower of Evil. Seo's extensive and varied body of work showcases his ability to master a range of characters from diverse backgrounds.
