**Sharon Farrell**, born as Sharon Lee Forsmoe on December 24, 1940, was a legendary figure in American television and films. Starting her career as a ballerina with the American Ballet Theatre company, she later made her mark in acting with her film debut in 1959, 'Kiss Her Goodbye'. She earned considerable fame for her roles in films like '*40 Pounds of Trouble*', 'A Lovely Way to Die', and 'Marlowe'. Besides films, she worked prolifically in television series such as 'Saints and Sinners', 'Dr. Kildare' and 'Hawaii Five-O'. Notable roles also include Larry Cohen's 'It's Alive', Dennis Hopper's drama 'Out of the Blue', and teen comedy 'Can't Buy Me Love'. Farrell captivated audiences with her versatile acting until 1999 and made a brief comeback in 2013. In addition to her film work, Farrell made noteworthy guest appearances on television shows like 'Death Valley Days', 'Gunsmoke', and 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E'. Her foray into soap opera through 'The Young and the Restless' was well received and she remained a part of it till 1997. After a hiatus, she made a comeback in the web series 'Broken at Love' in 2013. Farrell's personal life was as dramatic as her career.
