**Siobhan Fallon Hogan** (/ʃəˈvɑːn/ shə-VAHN; born May 13, 1961) is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She made her mark in popular films like Men in Black, Forrest Gump, The Negotiator, Holes, Daddy Day Care, Going in Style, and The House That Jack Built. Born in Syracuse, New York, United States, Fallon is the daughter of Jane (née Eagan) and William J. Fallon, an attorney. Raised Catholic, she is of Irish descent. Fallon grew up in Cazenovia, New York, and completed her graduation from there in 1979. After finishing her Masters in Fine Arts from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., she began her journey on television with an episode of The Golden Girls in 1990. She continued her TV career with 20 episodes on the legendary show Saturday Night Live from 1991 to 1992 and three episodes of Seinfeld. Fallon has also played versatile roles in feature films, sharing screen space with renowned artists like Björk and Sigourney Weaver. Also known as a talented writer, Fallon wrote and starred in the movie Rushed in 2021, co-produced by Lars von Trier's Zentropa Entertainment. Fallon maintains active membership with the Atlantic Theater Company. On the personal front, she is married to commodities trader Peter Hogan, with whom she shares three children: Bernadette, Peter, and Sinead. She currently resides in Rumson, New Jersey, and returns to her roots with a summer home in Cazenovia, New York. As a devout Catholic, Fallon has often chosen roles that suit and accommodate her beliefs.
