Tom Conway, originally named Thomas Charles Sanders, was a British film, television, and radio actor, notable for portraying suave adventurer, The Falcon, in a series of 1940s films. He is also remembered for his role as the psychiatrist Dr. Louis Judd in the iconic films, Cat People (1942) and The Seventh Victim (1943). Taking over from his brother, George Sanders, Conway played 'The Falcon' in ten episodes of the movie series. His breadth of roles extended beyond the silver screen - he voiced both Sherlock Holmes and The Saint on radio, and played Bulldog Drummond in two screen adaptations. This talented actor has a history of working with renowned production companies such as MGM and RKO, and his performances in horror classics produced by Val Lewton like Cat People (1942), I Walked with a Zombie (1943) and The Seventh Victim (1943) are fondly remembered by horror movie enthusiasts.
