Tyson Jay Ritter is an esteemed American musician and actor, born on April 24, 1984, to parents Tim and Tracy Ritter in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He stamped his initial mark in the music industry as the lead vocalist, bassist, pianist, and songwriter of the thriving rock band The All-American Rejects. Apart from making a name for himself in the music scene, Ritter also pursued acting and made his presence felt. Notably, he made a guest appearance on the Fox drama series House and played a recurring character, Oliver Rome, on the NBC drama series Parenthood. His acting skills weren’t limited to series; he’s done quite a few films, including The House Bunny (2008) and Miss You Already (2015).

In Ritter's early life, he attended Stillwater High School where he met his future bandmates. The All-American Rejects was formed shortly after and were churned out hits signed by significant record labels such as Doghouse Records, DreamWorks Records, and Interscope Records. Ritter also released a solo song titled 'Air' in 2013. Ritter ventured into more acting projects including a role in the John Cusack film Love and Mercy (2014). His upcoming projects include starring in a family drama film Prisoner's Daughter and launching a new band 'Now More Than Ever' with a debut album, 'Creatrix' on the horizon. Despite his successful career, Ritter has also managed to sustain a stable personal life. He married actress Elena Satine on New Year's Eve, 2013, and together they have one child.
