The cinematic canvas unfurls with a poignant narrative thread, as we’re transported to a future realm where Bianca recounts the tumultuous events that befell her life. In the aftermath of a devastating car accident claiming the lives of their parents, she and her younger brother Tomas are left orphaned and adrift in Italy, far from the roots of their Chilean heritage. The bureaucratic labyrinth presents an insurmountable obstacle, denying them access to their mother’s pension, forcing Bianca to assume guardianship over her sibling. In a bid to secure their financial future, she becomes an apprentice at a local hair salon, where the proprietor stipulates that she must accumulate three years of experience before earning the title of hairdresser.

Meanwhile, Tomas, still reeling from the accident, begins to manifest an existential crisis, convinced that the universe is forever altered by such cataclysmic events. His fascination with computers gives way to a newfound passion for bodybuilding, and he starts skipping school to indulge in daily workouts at a local gym, where he secures an unpaid internship. Two charismatic personal trainers take Tomas under their wing, introducing him to the art of accessing subscription-based adult content without cost. Their camaraderie is short-lived, as they soon find themselves welcomed into Bianca’s household, where they pitch in with chores and cooking duties.

As trust is built, they begin to make advances on Bianca, exploiting her vulnerability and innocence. The personal trainers concoct a scheme to seduce and swindle a reclusive retired actor and bodybuilder, Maciste, rumored to have stashed his wealth within the decaying walls of his mansion. Dubbed “Maciste” after his most iconic character, this once-mighty figure has retreated from society, seeking solace in the fleeting comfort of prostitutes. The trainers believe Bianca is perfectly cast for their plan, thanks to her youthful beauty and proficiency in English – a deadly combination that will set the stage for a series of events that will forever alter the trajectory of their lives.

As Bianca’s acquaintance with Maciste (played by) deepened, a profound realization dawned on her: the enigmatic figure was blind. Despite this revelation, she refused to retreat, and her interactions with Tomas only fueled her curiosity. Unbeknownst to her, Maciste’s personal trainers had deliberately withheld this crucial information, leaving Bianca and Tomas perplexed by their protégé’s unique circumstances. The couple’s subsequent meetings were marked by intense conversations, as they delved into the complexities of Maciste’s world.

Upon arriving at her apartment, Bianca demanded that her trainers vacate the premises, their scheme having reached a critical juncture.
