**Adam Saul Pally**, born on March 18, 1982, is a reputable American comedian and actor. He gained fame for his roles as Max Blum in Happy Endings, Dr. Peter Prentice in The Mindy Project, and Wade Whipple in Sonic the Hedgehog, among others. Originally from New York, Pally was raised Jewish and spent his upbringing in New York City, the Chicago area, and New Jersey, respectively. His education culminated in 2004 when he graduated from The New School University, also situated in New York City. Pally has been associated with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCBT) since 2002, performing improv and sketch comedy. Beyond acting, he writes for the Adult Swim series NTSF:SD:SUV::. His script, written with frequent collaborator Gil Ozeri, has been produced by Will Ferrell & Adam McKay's company, Gary Sanchez Productions. In addition to his heavy involvement in comedy, Pally is known for guest appearances on shows like Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Californication, and The Colbert Report, and notable roles in movies such as Iron Man 3 and Assassination of a High School President. Pally is a regular contributor to the humor website Funny or Die and has engaged in philanthropic work through charity-focused performances. Professionally and personally, Pally has left a significant mark on American pop culture.
