Angus William Jake Imrie, born on 2 August 1994, is a respected British actor. He is recognized for playing the character Josh Archer in BBC Radio 4's long-running drama serial The Archers. His acting flair was acknowledged in 2014 when he won the prestigious Spotlight's Most Promising Actor Award at The Sunday Times's National Student Drama Festival. Born into a family of actors, his parents are the well-known actors Celia Imrie and Benjamin Whitrow. His love for the performing arts saw him make his screen debut at the young age of five in the BBC film drama Station Jim. His educational background is rooted in a series of esteemed institutions, beginning his education at Dulwich College and later attending the University of Warwick to study English Literature and Theatre Studies. Further enhancing his training, he attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) in London from 2015 to 2017.
