**Christina María Aguilera**, known professionally as **Christina Aguilera**, is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and television personality. Born on December 18, 1980, she holds both American and Ecuadorian citizenship. Aguilera’s music career began when she appeared on the television series _The All New Mickey Mouse Club_ and _Star Search_ in the early 1990s. After recording "Reflection", the theme song for Disney's 1998 film *Mulan*, she signed with RCA Records. Her self-titled debut album became an international success, with singles such as "Genie in a Bottle", "What a Girl Wants", and "Come on Over Baby (All I Want Is You)" reaching number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. Aguilera's music traverses pop, R&B, soul, and hip-hop, while her thematic content often addresses love, sex, and feminism.
