Emmanuelle Sophie Anne Chriqui, a Canadian-American actress with a remarkable career that spans from 1986 to the present day. Born on December 10, 1975, in Montreal, Quebec, she grew up practicing Orthodox Judaism and began her career in acting as a 10-year-old in a McDonald's commercial. Studying drama at Unionville High School, Chriqui decided to pursue a career in acting after two years of comedy studies at the Perimony school in Paris, France. She is internationally recognized for her roles in HBO's Entourage, Snow Day, You Don't Mess with the Zohan, The Mentalist, and Superman & Lois.

Chriqui moved to Vancouver in the mid-1990s, where she guest-starred in a number of popular TV series. Her first Hollywood role was as a supporting character in Detroit Rock City in 1999. She later clinched bigger roles in films such as Snow Day, 100 Girls, Wrong Turn, On the Line, and In the Mix. She has worked with big industry names, including Adam Sandler and Beyonce Knowles. Throughout her career, Chriqui has been nominated for several awards and won the Standout Performance Trophy at the Young Hollywood Awards in 2008. She also topped AskMen's 'Most Desirable Women' list in 2010. Expressing herself through Transcendental Meditation, Chriqui actively participates in peace activism, denouncing attacks on Israel.
