Emmy Raver-Lampman, born as Emily Christine Raver Lampman on September 5, 1988, is an American actress and singer widely recognized for her remarkable career both in musical theater and television. She made her mark first as a performer in various revered Broadway and national touring productions, including Hair, Jekyll & Hyde, Wicked, and Hamilton. She further cemented her position in the industry by landing the character of Allison Hargreeves in the Netflix series The Umbrella Academy since 2019.

Born and bred in Norfolk, Virginia, Emmy had a diverse upbringing, having lived in several countries due to her mother's work. She stepped into the world of performing arts at a young age and furthered her passion by attending Governor's School for the Arts and Marymount Manhattan College.
