Federico Ielapi

Federico Ielapi, born on 12th July 2010 in Rome, Italy, is an acclaimed Italian actor. His acting career launched in 2016 when he starred in the film 'Quo Vado?' directed by Gennaro Nunziante. In this movie, he portrayed the character of Checco Zalone as a child. Following this, Ielapi participated in the 2018 film 'The King's Musketeers', directed by Giovanni Veronesi, and appeared in some television advertisements for Italo Treno, alongside actor Francesco Pannofino. Adding to his television portfolio, in 2018, he was also a part of the main cast of the eleventh season of the TV series 'Don Matteo', playing the character Cosimo Farina. In 2019, Ielapi delivered a remarkable performance as Pinocchio in a film of the same name directed by Matteo Garrone. His portrayal of Pinocchio earned him a special mention for the Guglielmo Biraghi Prize during the 2020 edition of the Nastro d'Argento Awards. In addition to acting, Ielapi showcased his talent in dubbing, providing the English voice over for his character in the film 'Pinocchio'.
