Gary Anthony Williams

**Gary Anthony Williams**, born on March 14, 1966, is an accomplished American actor, comedian, and filmmaker. Known for his versatile talent, he has lent his voice to significant characters like _Uncle Ruckus_ on _The Boondocks_, _General Horace Warfield_ in _StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty_, and _Dr. Richard Tygan_ in _XCOM 2_. He has also made his screen presence felt in works such as _Boston Legal_, _I'm Sorry_, _Malcolm in the Middle_, and _The Soul Man_. Williams also had a notable role in _Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows_ where he portrayed _Anton 'Bebop' Zeck_. His contribution extends to sketch and improvisational comedy where he was a part of _Blue Collar TV_ and currently of _Whose Line Is It Anyway_? Williams has also co-founded the L.A. Comedy Shorts Film Festival. Born in Fayetteville, Georgia, Williams began his journey in the theater, comedy, and television in Atlanta. His early credits include acting with the Georgia Shakespeare Festival, writing and performing for _Agatha's: A Taste of Mystery_, and being part of Atlanta's longest-running improv troupe, _Laughing Matters_. In 1998, he made the big move to Los Angeles to further his career. In his extensive television career, Williams has showcased an impressive array of roles, playing characters in shows on Cartoon Network's late-night Adult Swim block, to voicing the supervillain _Mongul_ in the animated series, _Batman: The Brave and the Bold_. He's also made appearances in sitcoms like _Malcolm in the Middle_, _Weeds_, and _The Soul Man_. As a versatile voice actor, Williams has offered his capabilities to various animated series like _China, IL_, _Doc McStuffins_, and _Sheriff Callie's Wild West_.
