Jonathan Kolia Favreau also known as **Jon Favreau** was born on October 19, 1966. Favreau is a renowned American filmmaker and actor, remarkably engaged with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, directing, producing, and appearing as Happy Hogan in films like Iron Man and Iron Man 2. He served as an executive producer for various Marvel movies and recently made impressive strides in the Star Wars franchise with Dave Filoni, creating the Disney+ original series The Mandalorian. He owns a production company, Fairview Entertainment, through which he produces numerous films raising his prominence in the entertainment scene. As for his early life, Favreau was born in Flushing, Queens, New York. He dropped out of Queens College to pursue acting. Favreau moved to Chicago in 1988 to chase a career in comedy where he performed in Chicago improvisational theaters before landing a film role alongside Sean Austin as tutor D-Bob in the movie Rudy. His most significant breakthrough came in 1996 as an actor-screenwriter in the film Swingers. He has since been involved in numerous momentous projects either as an actor, director, or even writer. Most recently, Favreau directed CGI adaptations of The Jungle Book and The Lion King for Walt Disney Pictures, gaining enormous commercial success.
