Leighton Marissa Meester, an American actress, singer and model, is best known for her celebrated role as Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, which aired from 2007 to 2012. Her performance contributed to her earning roles in films like Killer Movie (2008), Country Strong (2010), The Roommate (2011), Monte Carlo (2011), The Oranges (2011), The Judge (2014), The Weekend Away (2022), and EXmas (2023). Beyond her acting career, she ventured into music, featuring on Cobra Starship's single 'Good Girls Go Bad' in 2009. The song ranked in the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100. Her debut album, Heartstrings, was independently released in 2014 on her own label, Hotly Wanting.
