Luis López Tosar, a respected Spanish actor hailing from Galicia, is renowned for his recognizable and versatile acting skill. Born on the 13th of October, 1971, he emerged prominently in the acting scene after an applauded performance in his debut film Atilano for President in 1998. Other noteable roles followed in Flowers from Another World (1999), Common Wealth (2000) and No News from God (2001), which resulted in early recognition for his stirring performances in Mondays in the Sun (2002) and Take My Eyes (2003).
His career took a major turn after his portrayal of 'Malamadre' in Cell 211. Following his successful performances, he was frequently cast in thriller films.
