Łukasz Simlat (born 11 December 1977) is an esteemed Polish actor who has graced both the small and large screen in his career. His acting journey started at the 'Art-Play' acting studio led by Dorota Pomykała and Danuta Owczarek in Katowice after his graduation from Secondary School named after Emilia Plater in Sosnowiec. Later in 2000, he completed his professional training at the Theater Academy in Warsaw, marking the beginning of a prolific acting career. Although he initially found work through guest appearances across various theaters, his tireless dedication soon paid off. On the 3rd of December 2007, he looked no further as he secured a full-time acting position at the renowned Powszechny Theater in Warsaw. It was not until 2012 that he extended his artistic contributions to the Studio Theater in Warsaw, courtesy of Agnieszka Glińska. His undeniable talent and commitment towards the craft have earned him numerous accolades in the theater. Simlat is truly an unstoppable force in the world of acting, having appeared in more than 60 films and TV shows since the dawn of his career in 2000. His filmography includes notable works like 'Vinci' (2004), 'In the Name Of' (2013), 'Fugue' (2018), and 'Broad Peak' (2022), showcasing his diverse acting prowess.
