Owen Teague

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, **Owen William Teague** is known for his captivating roles in the American film and television industry. His inherent interest in acting, roots from his childhood, where he would envision performing scenes from Beauty and the Beast using his stuffed animals. Teague's passion for acting paved his path through small theater productions, the Movie Makers Club at Macfarlane Park International Baccalaureate Elementary, the thespian club, and orchestra at Howard W. Blake High School School of the Arts. He drew attention with his stellar performances in 'Mrs. Fletcher' (2019), 'Inherit the Viper' (2019), 'The Stand' (2020–2021), 'Montana Story' (2021), 'Bloodline' (2015–2017), and 'Arkangel,' an episode from the fourth season of 'Black Mirror' (2017). His charisma shone as Patrick Hockstetter in 'It' (2017) and 'It Chapter Two' (2019). He seized key roles in the drama 'Every Day' (2018) and the thriller 'I See You' (2019), and he starred in his first lead film role as Noa in 'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes' (2024). Teague, who managed his successful acting career alongside his high school, showcased his talent in the supernatural thriller 'The Empty Man' and a Stephen King adaptation, 'Cell' (both in 2016). He was then cast in 'Mary' in 2017. His excellent portrayal of characters led him to join the crime thriller 'Inherit the Viper' and the romance film 'Every Day' (both in 2017). Recruited by CAA in 2018, Teague bagged roles in 'Heft' and the HBO series 'Mrs. Fletcher' (2019). He maintained the momentum and was cast as Tommy Stinson in a Replacements biopic, 'Trouble Boys,' and as Harold Lauder in the 2020 CBS miniseries 'The Stand'. In August 2022, he landed the lead role in the film 'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes,' taking his career to new heights.
