Peter Dougan Capaldi is a highly revered Scottish actor and director, born on 14th April 1958 in Glasgow, Scotland. Best known for his roles as Malcolm Tucker in the BBC series 'The Thick of It' and the 12th Doctor in 'Doctor Who', he has established an extensive career since his initiation into the field in 1974. A recipient of the Best Male Comedy Performance at the 2010 British Academy Television Awards, Capaldi has displayed an enduring commitment and passion for acting.
