Babatunde Omoroga Adebimpe, known as Tunde Adebimpe, born on February 25, 1975, is an acclaimed American musician, singer-songwriter, actor, director, and visual artist. He gained primary recognition as the lead singer of the Brooklyn-based band TV on the Radio. His career took off in 1998 when he started working as one of the initial animators of MTV's hyper-violent claymation program, Celebrity Deathmatch. His film career includes starring in a 2001 indie movie, Jump Tomorrow, and appearing as the groom in Jonathan Demme's Rachel Getting Married alongside Rosemarie DeWitt and Anne Hathaway in 2008. He is also known for directing and animating music videos, such as the Yeah Yeah Yeahs song 'Pin'. His foray into mainstream cinema saw him in Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017.

Apart from his film and animation accomplishments, Adebimpe enjoys a distinguished music career. He performs solo and also collaborates with other musicians. Notable contributions include guesting on the track 'Your Glasshouse' by Atmosphere and collaborating with Massive Attack on the track 'Pray for Rain'. He is also a member of the group Nevermen along with Mike Patton and Doseone, and their debut album was released in 2016. A visually inclined artist, Adebimpe maintains an active drawing and painting practice; he has art directed all of TV on the Radio's album covers and even released a self-published art comic, Plague Hero, in 2009. Always innovating, Adebimpe announced signing to Sub Pop for his debut solo LP due in 2025.
