Scott Waugh, born on August 22, 1970, is an acclaimed American film director, producer, editor and former stunt performer. A multifaceted talent, Waugh has donned many hats in his career. Born and raised in Los Angeles, United States, he pursued his B.F.A from the prestigious University of California. Waugh's career in the film industry started as an exceptional stunt performer, a role he retired from in 2005 to focus on more creative avenues. Due to his indisputable contribution to the film industry, he received the '10 Directors to Watch' award at the 2012 Palm Springs International Film Festival, solidifying his status as a force to reckon with in Hollywood. He is prominently known as the younger brother of Ric Roman Waugh, another accomplished personality in the film industry.
