Check out what happened in All Cheerleaders Die!

The film commences with Mäddy Killian (Caitlin Stasey) capturing poignant moments of her childhood companion Alexis (Felisha Cooper) as she prepares for the impending summer break and the rigorous demands of cheerleading practice. As they converse, Alexis candidly shares her concerns about the inherent dangers of cheerleading, highlighting the perilous nature of advanced moves that can lead to severe or even fatal consequences. This somber warning proves all too prescient when Alexis is airborne, but her teammates fail to catch her in time, resulting in her tragic demise.

As the school year resumes, Mäddy decides to take a leap of faith and audition for the cheerleading team, impressing everyone with her impressive acrobatic prowess. She notes that Tracy (Brooke Butler) has started dating Terry (Tom Williamson), the star football player who had been linked to Alexis prior to her passing. As Mäddy becomes acquainted with the other cheerleaders, she forms an unlikely bond with Martha (Reanin Johannink), a devout and fastidious individual, and Hanna (Amanda Grace Cooper), the shy mascot of the team. This newfound camaraderie sparks discontent in Leena (Sianoa Smit-McPhee), Mäddy's former lover, who cannot fathom why her ex would choose to socialize with the cheerleaders.

Unbeknownst to everyone else, Mäddy has actually joined the cheerleading squad with a hidden agenda - to exact revenge on Terry for reasons that will soon be revealed. As Mäddy plots her revenge, she convinces Tracy that Terry had betrayed her during the summer and successfully seduces her at a gathering of football players and cheerleaders. This betrayal leaves Leena devastated and incensed, while Terry responds with anger, banishing the "dogs" (football players) from dating the "bitches" (cheerleaders). In a fit of rage, he punches Tracy, prompting the cheerleaders to make a desperate bid for escape as the football players erupt into chaos. However, their attempt is thwarted when Terry's actions lead to a catastrophic event that claims the lives of all the cheerleaders.

Shocked and traumatized by what she has witnessed, Leena manages to revive the deceased cheerleaders using her knowledge of Wicca magic and ancient stones imbued with mystical energy. The following day, the girls awaken disoriented and frightened, particularly Martha and Hanna, who find themselves inexplicably trapped in each other's bodies.

As the veil of uncertainty lifts, the girls are met with a stark reality - none of them can recall the events of the previous night, but Leena's revelations soon unravel the mystery. The pangs of hunger, however, prove to be an overwhelming force, prompting the group to descend upon one of Leena's neighbors and sate their bloodthirsty appetites. The aftermath of this gruesome feast is a stark contrast to the morning that follows, as the girls return to school, their newfound powers leaving the football players aghast - they had all but written them off as dead.

As the day wears on, the cheerleaders begin to claim their own victims, their hunger and anger driving them to strike down the unsuspecting athletes. Martha's motivations, in particular, are fueled by a deep-seated anger, stemming from her sister's betrayal of her boyfriend, Manny (Leigh Parker). The fragile bond between the girls begins to fray as the day's carnage unfolds, their unity shattered by the revelations contained within Mäddy's video diaries. It becomes clear that Mäddy had joined the squad driven by a desire for revenge, stemming from a traumatic experience at the hands of Terry.

As tensions rise and alliances crumble, Leena remains the only one willing to listen to Mäddy's pleas. It is in this moment of vulnerability that Mäddy confesses her true motivations, revealing that she had been brutalized by Terry while attempting to film a memorial video for Alexis - a shocking admission that sends shockwaves through the group.

The girls are subsequently hunted down and eliminated one by one by Terry, who has deduced their secret and seeks to exploit it. His plan hinges on removing the magical stones that reside within each of their bodies, allowing him to harness their powers for his own gain. Leena and Mäddy find themselves cornered in a graveyard, where Terry attempts to coerce Leena into revealing the secrets of her magic.

In a desperate bid to escape, Mäddy launches a fierce attack on Terry, only to watch as Leena's grief and determination combine to force the stones out of his body. The cost is dear - Mäddy's life hangs in the balance, but Leena's unwavering love manages to revive her companion.

As the dust settles, the two share a passionate kiss, only to be confronted by the gruesome sight of Alexis emerging from Terry's corpse, her eyes fixed on Leena with an unquenchable fury. The film concludes with a sense of foreboding, as the title card announces that this is merely part one in a series, leaving the audience eagerly anticipating the sequel.
