Plot Summary

As the sun rises over the lush landscape of the national park, its residents revel in a morning filled with the sweet songs of birds and the playful antics of Sultan and his cub by the lakeside. The very air is alive with joy and tranquility, until a distant rumble shatters the peaceful atmosphere, revealing the devastating impact of human destruction. Sultan’s valiant efforts to defend his home ultimately prove futile, as he loses his life in the face of overwhelming machinery and human aggression.

The night that follows is thick with tension as the animals gather, their hearts heavy with fear and uncertainty, grappling with the harsh reality of losing their habitat to human encroachment. Yuvi, Sultan’s cub, urges the elder animals not to surrender their homes without a fight, but the collective sentiment is one of resignation, convinced that futile resistance is the only option.

However, a glimmer of hope emerges in the form of Bajrangi, a fiery militant monkey who advocates for an all-out war against the humans, while Bagga, an aged bear with a penchant for wisdom, proposes a more measured approach – peaceful dialogue. The animals are at an impasse until Air India, a resourceful pigeon, suggests approaching Alex, a charismatic parrot capable of communicating in human language.

With renewed determination, Yuvi, Bajrangi, and Bagga hatch a plan to kidnap Alex from his luxurious cage, hoping the talking parrot can help broker a solution. But their hopes are brutally dashed as they discover that Alex has little regard for animals, preferring the company of humans and dismissing the plight of the animals as “barbaric” – especially Bajrangi.

As despair sets in, the group embarks on an arduous journey from Mumbai to Delhi, a trek that will transform their perspectives. Along the way, they encounter a multitude of fellow creatures facing similar struggles, and it becomes clear that their fight is not unique, but rather part of a broader crisis affecting countless animal populations.

As enemies become unlikely allies and the group faces unexpected challenges, they come to realize that their shared quest for a home is not just about reclaiming what belongs to them – it’s about uniting as a family to protect the very fabric of their existence.
