As the ravaged earth slowly succumbs to its toxic aftermath, a fragile truce has held between the remnants of humanity's warring factions on the once-menacing Moon base, Neomenia. Thirty years have elapsed since the devastating Third World War, which razed the planet and left only one functional spacecraft, now a sanctuary for those who survived the nuclear annihilation. The uneasy coexistence between Earth's survivors and their former Nazi adversaries has been sustained by Obianaju Washington (Lara Rossi), daughter of James Washington and Renate Richter (Julia Dietze), the now leader of Neomenia. For decades, she has toiled tirelessly to maintain the base's life support systems, her dedication a testament to humanity's unyielding spirit.

However, the precarious balance is disrupted by the arrival of an enigmatic flying saucer, piloted by the Walkyr, whose Russian refugees bring with them secrets and surprises. Obi's expertise in landing the extraterrestrial vessel safely sparks a connection with Wolfgang Kortzfleisch (Udo Kier), the former Moon Führer, who reveals to her a shocking truth: he is a Vril, a member of an ancient reptilian race that first set foot on Earth during the dinosaur era. His offer to Obi sets in motion a perilous quest: journeying to Agartha, a subterranean metropolis rumored to hold the Vrilia, the source of their power.

Accompanied by Sasha (Vladimir Burkalov), pilot of the refugee ship; Malcolm (Kit Dale), its security officer; and Donald, leader of the Jobsists (Tom Green); Obi embarks on a treacherous expedition to Earth, where they crash-land in the fabled Hollow Earth. However, their arrival marks only the beginning of their troubles, as they soon discover that the Vril have been waiting for this moment – the perfect opportunity to strike and vanquish humanity once and for all.
