As a gash on the palm of high-stakes gangster Gwang-ho heralds a significant transformation, an unsettling series of eerie events begins to unravel. The atmosphere is laden with an otherworldly essence, where whispers haunt his thoughts and inanimate objects seem to come alive. One particularly strange phenomenon is a newspaper, which is carried by the wind yet persistently follows Gwang-ho as he struggles to escape its reach. This relentless pursuit eventually drives him to consult a mystical fortune teller, whose enigmatic revelations unveil that these odd occurrences are being orchestrated by a tormented spirit.

To reconcile with this spectral force and embrace his fated role as a shaman, Gwang-ho must undergo a ritual of acceptance. Balancing his mystical training during the day while continuing his life of crime at night thrusts him into a challenging duality. The pressure of maintaining this precarious existence becomes increasingly overwhelming.

In the shadows, Tae-joo, a shrewd and merciless rival within Gwang-ho’s criminal enterprise, secretly schemes to usurp him as the organization’s leader. With a network of spies dispatched by Tae-joo intent on revealing and leveraging Gwang-ho’s dual identity, the noose tightens. As these machinations close in, the gangster finds himself on a treacherous path where the stakes are dire, and his very fate hangs by a thread amidst the chaos surrounding him.
