In the bustling streets of Taiwan, a notorious gangster named Tai finds himself on the run from a relentless group of Thai assassins. Desperate for safety, he seeks refuge in a local hair salon, where he encounters Fen, an apprentice stylist who bravely conceals him from his pursuers. Through a series of fortunate events, Tai manages to evade the assassins, but not without a heavy price: his boss, Hsing, is brutally murdered by the very same killers.

In light of this tragic loss, Tai is granted control of Hsing’s criminal operations by the other bosses in his triad. Eager to show his appreciation for Fen’s life-saving actions, Tai pays a visit to her salon with his loyal crew, which includes the likes of Long Legs, Fishy, and Bryan.
