In the midst of a clandestine romance, American socialite Jen (Matilda Lutz) finds herself swept up in a weekend getaway to Richard’s (Kevin Janssens) secluded Moroccan retreat, a luxurious oasis nestled deep within the desert. Unbeknownst to Jen, Richard had been planning a hunting trip with his friends Stan (Vincent Colombe) and Dimitri (Guillaume Bouchede), but the arrival of Roberto, the helicopter pilot, brings an unexpected gift - a rare and potent substance known as peyote. As the night wears on, the group’s revelry is tempered by Richard’s secrecy about Jen, whose presence Stan and Dimitri are eager to uncover. Meanwhile, Jen quietly stashes the peyote in her necklace, intent on sharing it with Richard later.

However, the following morning brings a stark contrast as Stan’s unwanted advances ignite a sense of unease within Jen. When she refuses his advances, he resorts to violence, raping her while Dimitri looks on indifferently. The atmosphere turns toxic, and when Richard returns, he is met with a scene of devastation, condemning Stan for his actions. In an attempt to rectify the situation, Richard offers Jen a substantial sum to forget the incident ever occurred. But when she refuses to be silenced, he decides to take matters into his own hands, setting in motion a chain of events that will test the very limits of human endurance.

As the sun begins to set on this desolate landscape, Jen finds herself running for her life, pursued by the three men who have callously discarded her. With nowhere else to turn, she stumbles upon a dead-end cliff, where Richard’s cruelty reaches new heights as he pushes her off the edge, leaving her impaled on a tree branch. In a desperate bid to escape, Jen uses her lighter to set the tree ablaze, shattering it and freeing herself from her gruesome predicament.

As she limps through the desert, Jen finds herself pursued by the three men once more, their pursuit relentless as they split up in search of their quarry. That evening, she encounters Dimitri, who has stumbled into a river, and attempts to confront him with his own shotgun - only to find it unloaded. In a desperate bid to escape her tormentor, Jen seizes Dimitri’s hunting knife and stabs him repeatedly, leaving him to bleed out in the water.

In the aftermath of this gruesome encounter, Jen finds solace in the darkness of a nearby cave, where she uses the peyote to numb the pain of her ordeal. As the night wears on, she removes the branch from her body, cauterizing the wound with an aluminum beer can and branding herself with its phoenix logo. And as the nightmares that have haunted her begin to dissipate, Jen sets out on a quest for revenge, determined to track down Stan and Dimitri - and exact a terrible vengeance upon them.

The aftermath of Dimitri’s demise sets the stage for a high-stakes showdown between Richard and Jen. The former dispatches Stan to track down the latter in his SUV, unwittingly setting the stage for a gruesome confrontation. As they navigate the treacherous mountain roads, Stan’s ill-fated attempt to refill his gas tank leaves him vulnerable to Jen’s deadly aim. A bullet whizzes past, striking Stan in the shoulder and igniting a protracted gunfight that sees Stan exact a gruesome revenge by severing Jen’s right earlobe.

Undeterred, Jen orchestrates a clever trap for her adversary, luring Stan into stepping on a shard of broken glass. After extracting the offending piece from his foot, Stan attempts to reclaim the initiative by ramming Jen with the SUV. However, Jen proves more cunning, dispatching him with Dimitri’s shotgun and commandeering the vehicle.

Meanwhile, Richard returns to the scene, opting for a relaxing shower before calling in air support via helicopter. Alas, his tranquility is short-lived, as he becomes aware of an intruder and begins searching the property for Jen. She eventually catches up with him, leaving him reeling from a stomach wound before knocking him unconscious with her shotgun.

As Richard struggles to recover, Jen seizes the opportunity to take advantage of his weakened state, jamming her hand into his open wound to force him to relinquish his grip. With Richard momentarily incapacitated, Jen recovers her own shotgun and delivers a fatal blow to his chest. Triumphant despite her injuries, she emerges from the house, only to be confronted by the approaching helicopter, its arrival serving as a poignant reminder of the deadly game that has unfolded.
