As twilight drapes over Greek Row, three bespectacled fraternity brothers—Calvin, Jimmie, and Keith—embark on a mission to clandestinely observe the initiation rites of the Tri-Delta sorority. The unsuspecting pledges, Babs, Rhonda, Frankie, Taffy, and Lisa, remain blissfully unaware of the trio’s prying eyes as they prepare for a night filled with rituals. Outside their residence, the frat boys watch in excitement as the initiates endure an eccentric hazing process that includes paddling, whipped cream, and an electrifying sense of anticipation.

Once the sorority sisters finish tidying up post-initiation, Calvin, Jimmie, and Keith seize the opportunity to sneak inside and gather intel. However, their scheme takes an unexpected turn when they are caught red-handed by the very women they were spying on. As a result, they are assigned a daunting quest: to steal a prized trophy from a nearby bowling alley. Unbeknownst to them, the watchful eye of Babs’ father, the mall owner, captures their every move through security cameras.

Their adventure leads them to the bustling bowling alley, where they encounter Spider, a rugged biker intent on robbing the establishment. With her assistance, they break into the trophy room and accidentally release Uncle Impie, a mystical imp from another dimension, who promises each of them one wish in exchange for his freedom.

One by one, their wishes are granted. Jimmie’s heart’s desire manifests as a mountain of gold, while Taffy finds herself transformed into the Prom Queen. Meanwhile, Keith is given the chance for a steamy connection with Lisa. However, the situation spirals as Uncle Impie casts a spell on Lisa, transforming her into an alluring femme fatale, which raises suspicion in both Spider and Calvin regarding the imp’s true motivations.

As tensions rise, Uncle Impie sets his sights on Babs, Frankie, and Rhonda, morphing Frankie into a haunting Bride of Frankenstein and Rhonda into a sinister minion. In sheer terror, Babs attempts to escape but is halted by Uncle Impie’s electrified mall doors, rendering her unconscious. Upon awakening, the group realizes their wishes were mere illusions; Jimmie’s gold turns out to be nothing more than wooden dowels, and Taffy’s Prom Queen gown vanishes into thin air.

The minions focus their relentless pursuit on Jimmie, treating his head as a bowling ball. Enchanted and unquenchable, Lisa relentlessly pursues Keith, even after their passionate encounter. While hiding from Rhonda in a closet, Spider and Calvin discover a pistol, which they use to combat their demonic adversary.

In a tragic twist, Keith escapes Lisa’s grip only to face the wrath of Rhonda, who brutally forces his face into a stove, sealing his fate. The chaos intensifies as Taffy is dismembered, and Babs, now consumed by dark forces, embraces her new role as a minion.

As the scene shifts, Spider and Calvin encounter the janitor, who divulges the dark history surrounding Uncle Impie’s wickedness. They learn that the imp was summoned by a desperate bowler seeking success, only to become a harbinger of terror for thirty years, ultimately ensnared by his own vile deeds. Meanwhile, Lisa faces the wrath of Babs’ paddle. In an explosive sequence, Babs meets her end through Calvin’s Molotov cocktail, which ignites unexpected chaos.

As the dust settles, Spider and Calvin find themselves in a race against time, dodging Frankie, who now wields an axe. Spider takes charge, dispatching Frankie in a stunning decapitation that sends her head hurtling through the exit. But as they attempt to escape, their vehicle crashes, leaving them precariously upside down in a ravine. With Spider’s desperate cries ringing out for Calvin echoing against the quiet backdrop, she rushes to him with urgency. Miraculously, Calvin emerges from the wreckage unscathed, while Rhonda falls victim to the aftermath of their crash.

With dawn breaking over this tumultuous scene, the resilient Spider maneuvers her motorcycle, guiding Calvin homeward. Behind them, Uncle Impie remains ensnared, his pleas for liberation falling on deaf ears as he spots a pair of unwitting audience members who may bear the key to his freedom.
