What is the name of the mother cat who tends to Milo's litter?

Plot Summary

As the cinematic journey begins on Nippon Farm, a nurturing mother cat tends to her new litter of kittens, among them Milo, a curious and adventurous young feline with a penchant for getting into mischief. It’s only natural that he befriends Otis, a playful pug puppy, who shares his enthusiasm for exploration. When Milo’s insatiable curiosity leads him to hide inside a drifting box on the river, he unwittingly sets off a chain of events that will test his mettle and wit.

As the currents carry him downstream, Milo faces a series of obstacles, including a close encounter with a bear, a narrow escape from a raven and the treacherous Deadwood Swamp, a daring heist of a dead muskrat from a cunning fox, and a thrilling chase along the Nippon Bearway railroad tracks. Along the way, he finds temporary shelter with a deer, shares a cozy nest with an owl, and even catches a fish only to have it snatched away by a sly raccoon.

Meanwhile, Otis remains hot on Milo’s heels, staying remarkably close despite being about an hour behind and a mile or so out of range. It’s a testament to their unbreakable bond that they eventually reunite, with Otis using his resourcefulness to pull Milo to safety from a deep pit. As the two friends are reunited, they find love in the arms of Joyce, a beautiful white cat, and Sondra, a charming French pug.

As they start families of their own, Milo and Otis go their separate ways for a brief period before reuniting with their respective mates and litters. The full circle of life is complete as the film concludes with the reunited quartet making their way back to Nippon Farm, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, as the credits roll.
