Who are the three Oodie brothers in the movie?

Plot Summary

In the heartland of Alabama, a trio of vigilante brothers - Brick, Lincoln, and McQueen (the Oodie brothers) - have made a name for themselves as enforcers under the watchful eye of Sheriff Henry Millard. Operating outside the boundaries of the law, they’ve managed to keep the crime rate in their neck of the woods at an all-time low. However, when a chance encounter with Celeste, a keen-eyed witness to one of their exploits, offers them $25,000 to rescue her godson Rob and take out his godfather - the notorious drug lord Carlos - they can’t resist the opportunity to pad their wallets.

As it turns out, this seemingly straightforward job has some rather… complicated strings attached. Celeste’s confession reveals that Rob is actually the last living heir of a wealthy family brutally slaughtered by Carlos, who had been manipulating events from behind the scenes in order to claim a sizeable trust fund that Rob is set to inherit on his 18th birthday. The Oodies’ initial assault on Carlos’ stronghold may have fallen short, but they did manage to snatch Rob - a young man confined to a wheelchair - off the clutches of his captor.

But little do the brothers know, their actions have inadvertently attracted some unwanted attention from ATF agent Anthony Reese, who’s been hot on their trail in search of evidence linking them to a string of mysterious deaths. Millard, however, is more interested in protecting his vigilante friends than cooperating with the authorities, deliberately stonewalling Reese’s requests for assistance.

Meanwhile, Carlos unleashes a squad of deadly female bikers on the Oodies, who are caught off guard and soon find themselves fighting for their lives. The brothers manage to take down the assassins but not before they’re separated from each other, with one of the women making off with Rob in tow. A frantic Lincoln eventually reunites with his siblings, but not before the carnage is broadcast on local news, complete with grainy sketches of the Oodies, courtesy of a keen-eyed bar owner.

As Celeste’s true motives come to light, Brick reaches out to Millard for answers, only to be met with a stern warning: with Reese’s evidence in hand, the sheriff can no longer turn a blind eye to their activities. The brothers are effectively disavowed and must go into hiding if they hope to avoid arrest upon their return to Alabama.

As the brothers’ connection to Rob deepens, despite his inability to communicate verbally, Brick’s reluctance to relinquish custody stems from a haunting personal experience: having once had a sibling like Rob, who vanished after years of physical abuse at the hands of their father. The brothers’ bond with Rob is palpable, and McQueen’s suggestion that they abandon the mission falls on deaf ears. Tragedy strikes when a new group of assassins ambushes them en route, snatching Rob from the moving vehicle. The brothers respond with ferocity, Lincoln single-handedly annihilating the attackers in an armored vehicle before succumbing to his injuries. The brothers are left stranded and injured, forced to accept a ride from a passing van whose passengers include a compassionate nurse who tends to Lincoln’s wounds.

Meanwhile, Reese discovers a photograph of Millard reuniting with the brothers as children following their father’s passing, and large cash withdrawals that he believes were used to compensate them. Confronted with the evidence, Millard is coerced into revealing the brothers’ whereabouts in exchange for a reduced sentence. He accompanies Reese to Vicksburg, Mississippi, where they wait for Celeste to join them.

Upon Celeste’s arrival, she finds the group under siege by a Native American gang, which Brick and McQueen valiantly defend against to protect Rob and Lincoln. The brothers ultimately emerge victorious, but not without sustaining injuries themselves. As Lincoln recovers, he intervenes to prevent one of their assailants from abducting Rob, while Celeste joins forces with the brothers.

Their victory is short-lived, as a lone survivor attempts to scalp McQueen before being felled by Millard’s timely intervention. The brothers are subsequently apprehended, but they concoct a false narrative that omits Celeste’s involvement, allowing her to assume custody of Rob. Reese’s success earns him a promotion to manage the territory, much to his dismay.

In a devastating turn of events, Carlos meets his demise when an explosive package, dispatched by Celeste, claims his life. Fifty-seven months later, the brothers are released from prison, whereupon they receive a letter from Celeste, accompanied by their long-awaited payment and a new truck courtesy of Rob. In her final message, she hints at the possibility of others requiring their unique skills.
