Plot Summary

As the seven sorority sisters - Katey (actress name), Vicki, Liz, Jeanie, Diane, Morgan, and Stevie - celebrated their graduation at their sorority house, the tension was palpable. Their festivities were abruptly disrupted by the domineering Mrs. Slater, who refused to grant permission for a graduation party. The girls’ frustration reached a boiling point when they concocted a prank to exact revenge on Slater: stealing her walking cane and forcing her at gunpoint to retrieve it from the pool. However, their plan went awry when Vicki’s startled reaction caused her to accidentally shoot Slater in the chest. In a desperate attempt to cover up the apparent murder, the girls reluctantly hid the body in the pool.

As the night wore on, an unseen figure wielding Slater’s cane began to exact revenge on unsuspecting partygoers. Meanwhile, the girls discovered that if they turned on the pool lights, Slater’s body would be revealed. Stevie ventured into the basement to disable the breaker, but her journey ended abruptly with a gruesome stabbing death at the hands of the killer.

As the party drew to a close, the girls were left reeling from the sudden turn of events. Believing Slater must still be alive, they embarked on a desperate search for her. Morgan’s curiosity got the better of her as she entered Slater’s room, only to have the latter’s lifeless body tumble down from the attic hatch. The group decided to hide the body in the old cemetery, but their plan was short-lived.

In the attic, Katey stumbled upon a disturbing scene: children’s toys and a deceased bird. Morgan’s turn came when she was brutally stabbed with Slater’s cane. As Diane set out to transport the body in the van, she met her own untimely demise at the hands of the killer. The violence continued as Jeanie lost her head, quite literally.

Katey’s discovery of a medical alert tag on Slater’s necklace led her to contact Dr. Beck, who arrived at the sorority house amidst the chaos. Together, they uncovered the gruesome tableau: Stevie, Morgan, and Diane’s bodies floating in the pool. Meanwhile, Vicki and Liz drove to the cemetery without Diane to lay Slater’s body to rest. Their own fate was sealed as they became the killer’s next victims.

As Katey and Dr. Beck arrived at the cemetery, they were met with a horrific sight: Vicki and Liz’s lifeless bodies alongside Slater’s still trapped in the van. The graduation celebration had turned into a descent into madness, leaving only death and despair in its wake.

As Dr. Beck’s sinister intentions unfold, he coerces Katey into taking a sedative, revealing a dark secret that threatens to destroy her world: Slater had been subjected to an illicit fertility treatment, resulting in the birth of a son named Eric, whose physical and mental development were severely impaired as a direct consequence. Utilizing Katey as bait, Dr. Beck sets out to capture Eric and conceal his own criminal wrongdoing. The young man arrives at the scene, and with calculated precision, he takes down Dr. Beck, his father’s accomplice.

Meanwhile, Katey frantically searches for Vicki’s gun, only to discover that it refuses to fire, leaving her feeling helpless and stranded. Her flight leads her to the bathroom, where a gruesome discovery awaits: Jeanie’s severed head lies in front of her, a stark reminder of the terror that has consumed this foreboding mansion. Overwhelmed by the horror, Katey retreats to the attic, hoping to find solace from the chaos below.

However, Eric is relentless, and he pounces on her, his attack leaving Katey no choice but to defend herself with a futile shooting spree, only to realize that the gun is loaded with blanks. With Eric’s unyielding ferocity still looming, Katey turns to a pin as her last resort, plunging it into Eric’s vulnerable flesh multiple times before he tumbles through the attic door and crashes onto the floor below. Exhausted but convinced she has finally put an end to the terror, Katey collapses in relief – only to be met with a jarring sight: Eric’s eyes flicker open, his malevolent presence still very much alive.
