Following the recent passing of her explorer husband, Loretta finds herself wrestling with crippling self-doubt and pressure from her publicist and social media manager, who are demanding a new draft in light of her recent public appearance at a glamorous expo that could revive her career.

While dressed to impress in a glamorous sequined jumpsuit, Loretta takes the stage, only to be caught off guard by the charming antics of Alan Caprison (Andy Garcia), the handsome cover model for Dash. The crowd erupts in excitement as Alan’s silly antics lead to an awkward moment when a fan asks him to dip Loretta, leaving her flustered.
