Cosmo Jarvis

Harrison Cosmo Krikoryan Jarvis is a renowned British actor and singer-songwriter, born on 1st September 1989. His filmography includes commendable films such as Lady Macbeth (2016), Calm with Horses (2019), and Persuasion (2022). The influence and capabilities of Jarvis took a leap in 2024 when he impressively portrayed John Blackthorne in the historical drama series Shōgun. Born in New Jersey, U.S., with an Armenian-American mother and British father, Jarvis moved to England at the tender age of three months. Despite his American origins, he has strongly articulated his connection with England where he has spent most of his life. Jarvis' early career kicked off in music with his second album, Is the World Strange or Am I Strange?, the highlight of which is the single 'Gay Pirates'. He began to delve into films with his directorial effort, The Naughty Room.
