Garrett John Hedlund is an American-born actor, model, singer, recognized for his roles in various popular films and his musical contributions. Born on September 3, 1984 in Roseau, Minnesota, Hedlund made his way into the film industry and gained prominence with his films such as 'Troy', 'Friday Night Lights', 'Tron: Legacy', 'Mudbound', and 'The Marsh King's Daughter'. He moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue his acting career and soon began modeling for L.L. Bean and Teen Magazine. He then made his acting debut in the 2004 film 'Troy' where he played Patroclus.
