Kate Micucci

**Kate Micucci** is an American actress, comedian, and musician, born March 31, 1980. She's best recognized as half of the musical comedy duo Garfunkel and Oates with Riki Lindhome. Some of her roles include Stephanie Gooch in Scrubs, Ally in 'Til Death, Shelley in Raising Hope, Lucy in The Big Bang Theory, Sadie Miller in Steven Universe, Sara Murphy in Milo Murphy's Law, and Kelly in Hamster and Gretel. Her other roles also include Daisy in Nature Cat, Clayface in The Lego Batman Movie, Velma Dinkley in Scooby-Doo since 2015, Webby Vanderquack in DuckTales, Stacey in Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities, and Dr. Fox in Unikitty! Micucci was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to a family of Italian descent and grew up in Nazareth, Pennsylvania where she learned to play classical piano from her mother. She graduated from Nazareth Area High School and later received an A.A. in fine arts from Keystone College in La Plume, Pennsylvania and a B.A. in studio art from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 2003. Her television credits include numerous commercials and recurring roles on Scrubs and Raising Hope. Her film credits include The Last Hurrah, Bart Got a Room, and When in Rome. Apart from acting, she's also known for her musical talents. She typically performs as part of the musical duo Garfunkel and Oates and released a five-track EP entitled Songs in early 2009. In her personal life, she is married to musician and recording producer Jake Sinclair with whom she has a son.
