Logan Marshall-Green

Logan Marshall-Green (born November 1, 1976) is an esteemed American actor and filmmaker, known for his dynamic roles in television series like 24, The O.C., Traveler, Dark Blue and Quarry. His filmography is varied, consisting of films such as Devil, Prometheus, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Upgrade, and When They See Us. He was born in Charleston, South Carolina, to educators. Marshall-Green grew up in Rhode Island, where his mother, Lowry Marshall, taught theatre at Brown University. He has a twin brother named Taylor. Both brothers attended Barrington High School in the early 1990s. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he also wrote as an entertainment writer for the school newspaper, The Daily Beacon, and did extensive coverage of the bar, music, and theater scene.

He went on to attain his Master's degree in Fine Arts from New York University's Graduate Acting Program at the Tisch School of the Arts. His acting career kickstarted with appearances in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2003 and Law & Order in 2004. Later he made a name for himself with recurring roles on Fox's The O.C. and 24. In 2004, he received a Drama Desk Award for his excellent performance in Neil LaBute's play The Distance from Here. His film journey is notable for a range of roles in films like Alchemy, The Great Raid, Brooklyn's Finest, and the critically acclaimed Prometheus. He debuted as a director with his drama film Adopt a Highway, released in 2019.
