Nick Frost

**Nicholas John Frost** is a renowned English actor, comedian, and screenwriter born on 28 March 1972. He burst into prominence for starring in the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy of films, which includes well-known titles like Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007), and The World's End (2013). Frost also undertook significant roles in the television comedy Spaced (1999-2001) and Joe Cornish's film Attack the Block (2011). His prowess goes beyond acting as he co-wrote the 2011 film Paul with Simon Pegg, a frequent collaborator and close friend. He also portrayed diverse roles in the sketch show Man Stroke Woman and, in 2020, co-created and starred in the paranormal comedy horror series Truth Seekers with Pegg. Born in Hornchurch, Greater London, Frost's early life was marked by hardships, including the loss of his sister to an asthma attack, the failure of his parents' business, and the witnessing of his mother's stroke due to stress.
