After narrowly escaping a perilous mission in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Tyler Rake is rescued from the depths of a river and brought to the UAE for urgent medical care. Throughout this harrowing period, Nik Khan remains steadfastly by Tyler’s side, refusing to abandon hope even while he lies in a long coma. However, Tyler eventually awakens, and with the aid of intense physiotherapy, he begins to regain his strength and mobility.

Fast forward nine months, Tyler Rake decides to leave his mercenary life behind, retreating to a cabin in the serene landscapes of Austria to recuperate. There, Nik, along with her brother Yaz Khan, encourages Tyler to focus on rebuilding his shattered life. Their peace is abruptly interrupted when a mysterious man named Alcott (played by Idris Elba) approaches Tyler with a life-threatening request: he must rescue Ketevan Radiani, the sister of his ex-wife Mia, and her two children, Sandro and Nina, from a treacherous situation in Georgia.

Ketevan finds herself trapped in a nightmare, married to Davit Radiani, a notorious figure linked to the Nagazi crime syndicate in Georgia. After an incident involving a DEA agent that lands Davit in prison, he manipulates Ketevan and their children to live in deplorable conditions alongside him. Forced to call Mia for assistance due to the oppressive environment, Ketevan faces the looming threat of Davit’s control and abuse while Sandro is being trained to embrace the criminal legacy.

Meanwhile, the corruption runs deep as a governor on Davit’s payroll informs his brother Zurab (Tornike Gogrichiani) of Davit’s extended prison sentence. Determined to free Davit, Zurab’s desperation leads him to brutal actions, setting off a chain of violence that complicates Tyler’s mission.

After understanding the high stakes of this rescue, Tyler gears up for the mission and enlists the help of Nik and Yaz, infiltrating the prison with assistance from a bribed guard. Chaos erupts as Davit sets off a riot, but the peril only heightens when he confronts Tyler, resulting in a fierce battle where Tyler is forced to kill Davit to save Ketevan. With their escape impeded, Tyler and Ketevan must navigate through the riotous chaos.

As they make their daring escape in the nick of time, Zurab’s forces soon catch up. The frantic escape leads the group onto an armored train, where Tyler must fend off helicopters and relentless attackers while ensuring Ketevan and her children stay safe. In a harrowing series of events, the train crashes, yet they miraculously survive.

Upon finally reaching Vienna, a shocking moment unfolds when Sandro, who idolizes his father, betrays the group by contacting Zurab. Caught in a web of familial loyalty and manipulation, Sandro struggles to reconcile his feelings as Tyler explains the truth behind Davit’s abusive hold over Ketevan. As tensions flare, the situation worsens, leading to a devastating attack on their safe house.

In a dramatic sequence of events, Tyler and Nik fight for their lives while attempting to protect Yaz and escape the chaos set by Zurab. The stakes escalate when Tyler is faced with a moral dilemma, ultimately confronting Zurab within the church, where Sandro’s life hangs in the balance due to an explosive vest he is made to wear.

As the film reaches its climax, Tyler and Nik navigate through a barrage of confrontations, with Tyler ultimately defeating Zurab. In the aftermath, while Tyler and Nik find themselves imprisoned, Mia ensures Ketevan and her children are safeguarded by authorities.
