Plot Summary

As the far-right candidate (name) surges to the second round of the French presidential election, the city of Paris erupts into chaos. Amidst the tumult, a group of Muslim Arab youths - Alex, Tom, Farid, Yasmine, who’s pregnant with Sami’s child, and her brother Sami - seize the opportunity to commit a daring heist. The five street gang members converge on a deserted alleyway, their eyes fixed on the prize. However, their plan is quickly derailed when Sami falls victim to gunfire, his wound severe enough to necessitate an urgent trip to the hospital.

While Alex and Yasmine rush Sami to medical attention, Tom and Farid make off with the loot, heading towards a seedy inn nestled near the border. The unsuspecting innkeepers, Gilberte and Klaudia, greet the pair with open arms - and more. As they exploit their guests’ vulnerability, seducing them into believing their rooms are free of charge, Tom and Farid find themselves trapped in a web of deceit.

Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Sami’s condition worsens by the minute. In a poignant final act, he implores Yasmine to prioritize her baby’s future over her own desires, begging her not to consider an abortion. With his dying breath, he instructs her to flee the scene before the authorities arrive. Alex and Yasmine heed Sami’s warning, abandoning him to his fate as they make a desperate bid for freedom.

As night begins to fall, Tom and Farid receive a cryptic phone call from their comrades-in-crime, providing them with directions to the inn. Little do they know, however, that Gilberte, Klaudia, and their enigmatic patriarch, Goetz, have more sinister intentions in store for them. When Tom and Farid try to extricate themselves from this toxic situation, Goetz orchestrates a brutal ambush, leaving the two men gravely injured and stranded at the edge of a precipice.

In a desperate bid to escape, Tom stumbles into a treacherous mine shaft, only to be recaptured by Goetz’s goons. Farid, meanwhile, must fend for himself amidst the ruins of the abandoned mine, where he finds solace among a group of forgotten children. Unaware of the danger lurking outside these caverns, Alex and Yasmine finally arrive at the inn, only to be ensnared in Gilberte and Klaudia’s web of deceit, their fate hanging precariously in the balance.

In a dingy, muddy prison cell, Alex (no actor provided) and Yasmine (no actor provided) find themselves shackled together, their confinement marked by the harsh reality of their captors’ brutality. As the cruel von Geisler (no actor provided) looks on, Alex seizes an opportunity to liberate Yasmine from her chains, granting her freedom to escape. However, this act of defiance comes at a terrible cost: von Geisler exacts revenge by brutally mutilating Alex’s Achilles tendons, rendering them useless.

Meanwhile, in the depths of the mine, Farid (no actor provided) stumbles upon a hidden storage area where the captors have been holding their prisoners. The family patriarch’s paranoia grows as they begin to sense something is amiss beneath their feet. In a desperate bid to silence Farid’s discovery, Hans (no actor provided) chases him into a boiling cauldron of steam, where he meets his gruesome demise.

As Yasmine flees the inn, she finds herself recaptured by Goetz (no actor provided), who reclaims her as their own. Back in the pigpen, von Geisler takes it upon himself to fulfill Alex’s final request: a swift and merciful death. Initially, he proposes a twisted arrangement for Karl (no actor provided) to “marry” Yasmine, ensuring the continuation of their lineage. However, when he learns she is already pregnant, he tasks meek Eva (no actor provided) with caring for her, sharing a chilling tale of how she herself arrived at the family’s doorstep in similar circumstances.

Eva reveals that her own parents were promised a reunion with her one day, which has instilled an unwavering loyalty within her. She also shares the dark truth about the abandoned children they’ve taken under their wing in the mine – a grim reminder of the sinister forces at work beneath the surface.

As Eva leads Yasmine down to the dining room, the tension is palpable as the family awaits her arrival. It becomes clear that von Geisler, a man haunted by his troubled past as a former Nazi, has been living at the inn since the end of World War II, still clinging to his dark ideologies. Von Geisler raises a toast to the new blood, but Yasmine seizes the opportunity to take control, snatching a large knife and holding von Geisler hostage. The room erupts into chaos as Hans grabs a shotgun and returns fire, resulting in Karl’s swift retaliation - Hans meets his untimely demise at the hands of Karl’s gunfire.

As the situation spirals out of control, Yasmine makes her escape, pursued by Karl and Goetz through the labyrinthine mine tunnels. Her desperation leads her to one of the storage rooms, where she engages in a gruesome struggle with Goetz. After a brutal fight, Yasmine delivers a merciless beating with an axe before impaling Goetz on a whirring table saw. Karl intercepts Yasmine as she attempts to make her way back to the surface, only for Eva to intervene, blasting Karl’s head off with a shotgun.

In the aftermath of the carnage, Yasmine searches frantically for car keys to effect her escape, but finds herself ambushed by Gilberte and Klaudia, brandishing sub-machine guns. In a desperate bid to survive, Yasmine strikes a gas tank during the firefight, triggering a devastating explosion that engulfs the room. Miraculously, Gilberte emerges from the inferno, only to meet her demise at Yasmine’s hands as she tears out her throat.

As the dust settles, Yasmine finds herself surrounded by the lifeless bodies of the neo-Nazi family. She pleads with Eva to join her in fleeing the scene, but the latter remains steadfast, determined to care for the orphaned children trapped in the mine. As Yasmine sets off into the unknown, she tunes into a radio broadcast announcing the election of a far-right candidate as the new President of France.

Her journey ultimately culminates at a police blockade near the border, where Yasmine surrenders to the authorities, bringing an end to her brutal ordeal.
